Ben Delaney

Ben Delaney is a recent graduate from the Faculty of Law at McGill University. Throughout his legal studies, he has gained experience in helping artists navigate the complex legal issues of the music business, including corporate matters, intellectual property, and tax law. He has written articles and delivered presentations on the latest developments in artificial intelligence regulation, and copyright considerations for film music and video games. As an alumnus of Concordia’s Faculty of Fine Arts, he can often be found playing violin or guitar.

Caitlyn McConnell

While completing a dual degree BMus in classical voice performance and BA in economics, minor computer science at McGill University, Caitlyn brought a unique perspective as a musician to her work for the Montreal Social Value Fund, Quebec's first student-led impact investing group, and the McGill Business Review as the Editor in Chief.  During this time, she founded INSM and directed its operations until 2022.  She is currently attending law school at Cambridge University.

Kimmie Sabio

Kimmie Sabio is a recent Graduate of New England Conservatory with her Master’s in Trumpet Performance. She balances an Opera Administrative career with her freelance playing activities. Currently, she is the Artistic Coordinator for Boston Lyric Opera, focusing on all the behind-the-scenes action that Opera encompasses. Previously she was the Supertitles Coordinator for Cincinnati Opera including titling two world premiere works, Fierce and Castor and Patience for their 100th anniversary season. She has participated in Opera America’s Leadership Launch and has long term goals of becoming an Artistic Director of her own company. She enjoys balancing her passion for performance of New music and interest uplifting new works in Opera for future generations. Kimmie holds a Bachelors of Music with a second major concentration in Philosophy from McGill University.

Arvind Krishendeholl

With over 10 years of experience working in leadership and advisory roles across the charitable organization sector and all levels of government, Arvind Krishendeholl combines his passion for politics and community advocacy with proven leadership, problem-solving, and strong oral and written communication skills to deliver robust, and meaningful results. Arvind is also involved in various charitable organizations that work to serve underrepresented and marginalized groups while working with community leaders to dismantle systemic barriers and challenges that continue to affect these communities. Arvind is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at the School of Policy Studies at Queen’s University. In 2022, he graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Music, double majoring in Orchestral Performance and Political Science, and was awarded with Outstanding Achievement in Flute Performance.
